Mission Statement

  • This non-profit is focused on improving nutrition in Nevada’s schools in an attempt to

    • Reduce diabetes and obesity

    • Reduce future healthcare costs in our state

    • Improve student athletic performance and academic performance

    • Reduce mood disorders like depression and anxiety

      • Possibly reduce suicide, assaults and school shootings

  • We will publish the results of our nutrition intervention after two years, demonstrating that we have improved all of the metrics we set out to.

  • This will lead to demand in 49 other states for the goods and services that were developed in Nevada to achieve our amazing outcomes, creating substantial financial benefits for many new businesses in Nevada.

  • We believe we can do a better job than is currently being done because:

    • We will leverage the world’s best chefs and the world’s leading food producers on the Las Vegas Strip, some of the country’s best nutritionists from the NFL, UFC, NHL and WNBA, and will access some of the nation’s top nutrition scientists.

    • We will align our priorities with the new leadership in the Department of Health and Human Services (RFK) who have made a commitment to making America healthier by improving our nutrition.

    • We already have a commitment from the NIH director for STEM education to provide funding for the development of educations resources teaching children how to choose and prepare healthier foods.

    • We are building a strong board representing the experts and interested parties we will need to succeed
